Frequently Asked Questions
-
Which session type should I choose?
Biodynamic craniosacral therapy: Ideal if you want body-first support for chronic stress, physical tension, exhaustion, or nervous system regulation.
Intuitive somatic healing: A body- and energy-based session focused on intuitive insight, emotional integration, and subtle shifts.
Soul conversation sessions: Best for mental clarity, perspective, and understanding recurring life patterns or themes.
All sessions aim to develop and support self-empowerment and sovereignty. This is your journey, your choice.

What does a session actually feel like?
For in-person sessions you’ll lie comfortably on a treatment table. Fully clothed, shoes off. I apply a light contact to the body with my hands.
Sessions are gentle and quiet. From time-to-time I’ll explain what I notice and check in with you to see what you notice. By listening in this way the body’s truth can be expressed in the present moment and we can become aware of what it’s expressing, what it needs.
You may experience deep relaxation, subtle body warmth, involuntary twitches, emotional release, or simply quiet rest.
Note: Healing isn't always instant calm. As protective patterns unwind, you may temporarily feel emotional, tired, or more aware of held tension during or after a session as your system reorganises.

What does an online session feel like?
For online sessions you can sit or lie comfortably wherever you are. Ideally you'll be in a quiet space where you won't be interrupted by people, animals, phone calls or alarms.
Once we begin, we take a few moments to settle. I become quiet and attentive, listening to you, to your nervous system and to the subtle patterns that emerge in the space between us.
Although we are in different locations, the quality of presence we cultivate together is often experienced much the same as it is in person. From time to time during the session I'll share what I'm noticing and invite you to reflect on your own experience.
Rather than trying to make something happen, we simply create the conditions for your system to settle into what feels true and ready to unfold.

The body stores lived experiences physically, emotionally, and physiologically. As tension softens and your nervous system shifts into a state of safety, held emotions or memories naturally move to the surface to process. This is a normal, healthy part of integration—not a sign that something is "wrong."
When it happens it signifies that the body is ready to complete its processing of a past pattern, and release. We are able to integrate our experience when 1. the system feels safe, 2. it is able to assimilate the nourishment (learning) from the experience and, 3. eliminate (release) the rest.

How many sessions will I need?
Healing occurs layer-by-layer, and its pace cannot be forced to a timetable.
While a single session may bring relaxation and relief, lasting shifts require consistency and a commitment to your healing path — whether it be physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, or some combination.
The human system is both marvellously intelligent and wonderfully complex. As a practitioner, I suggest an initial horizon of 3-6 sessions so I can learn how your system responds and where it needs support. Generally we find:
Sessions 1-3: Establish safety, trust, and initial system receptivity.
Sessions 4–6: Allow deeper, long-standing patterns to begin shifting and reorganising.
Most clients begin at a steady rhythm (every 1-3 weeks), transitioning to occasional integration appointments as their system begins stabilising the changes.
Ultimately, our regular work comes to a natural completion once you’ve integrated the shifts you set out to achieve.
