I have explored a lot of material along my healing path searching for answers and solutions. My journey has led me to explore numerous modalities — mainstream, modern, alternative, and ancient. A shamanic practitioner once told me that my illness experience would lead me to my medicine. Other intuitive practitioners have told me I find books of remembrance… and that I would write my own one day.
My journey through chronic illness has been the ultimate motivator to channel my inner researcher! In my search for answers and solutions I’ve trawled hundreds of medical and scientific papers, read book after book on: nutrition and diet, neuroscience, physiology, anatomy, blood, traditional health, and mind-body-spirit understandings of healing.
Alongside writing my own books (I have a number in progress — I have learned to that I don’t work linearly), I have found myself drawn to bring new awareness to works that have quietly influenced the evolution of healing, consciousness, and human understanding—texts that, despite their significance, have often slipped from view.
This library is a curated collection of enduring editions, original works (in time), and recommended reading exploring healing, consciousness, embodiment, and the evolving relationship between science, philosophy, and spirit.
